Posters are an opportunity to encapsulate projects, works, ideas, processes or methods within the space of a single A1 (max) poster, and are a good way to introduce yourself and make your work visible to a conference audience. Posters can be displayed throughout the conference. Poster sessions, in which the poster author makes themselves available to give a brief overview (1-2 mins) and answer questions, are intended to be informal and conversational. Sound files can be used in conjunction with poster presentations or as part of a collated playlist for the session.
Summaries (of around 150 words) should include a title and clearly outline what will be displayed. Include a link to a CV or bio. One or two links to online scores or recordings could be included if relevant (but are not essential). Summaries should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org attached as docx or pdf files.
